What do we think about Pierre Bourne as a producer?

I understand what you are saying. In the beat making game in general he is the go to "type of beat" producer that's being emulated. Him and Playboi and I never knew there was a connection between the two until this thread.

He's nothing special imo. He just got a few placements that paid off and now he's that guy. That's how the game goes. What people have to understand though is that alot of these young cats uses pre-made loops, templates, construction kits and chord progressions. Not saying they aren't talented but the technology has gotten so advanced that the work is being done for them.

Definitely the best new producer out there.

They play this stupid game where technically you own the copyright simply because you made the beat. The only thing with this is that you can't file a suit unless you have the copyright registered with the copyright office. That's why you see alot of artist getting jerked because they don't have the copyright and can't do anything about it but complain. I suggest every artist that gets got who can't sue should run up on the person who got you. Make sure you know who it is though because alot of times the artist be getting finessed themselves. Once the industry sees this enough times they'll cut that bs out completely. No more free rides got dammit and we coming back for everything you owe.
