motherfukkers are having a paper bag test. This user is clearly a troll, I suspect a cac as well, and perhaps its because Im high off this cali kush so my mind is wide open, but re-read the first fukking page. I have lost all hope for you people.

I'm with you. :laugh:OP knows what he's doing...discussing certain, unvisited topics about colorism I can understand because colorism is a child of racism so why not discuss it?... but what I can't wrap my head around is that people are actually INTERESTED in what other's perceive as light, medium, & dark."That's how you know someone is colorstruck.

Listen brehs if we aknowledge that black people come in different shades there's nothing wrong with that. If you somehow believe that some shades are better than others then you have a problem. Are we just gonna pretend like we all have the same skin tone now?

What group of people don't come in multiple shades? I don't think pale Whites and bronze Whites even think about the shyt.

That's not true at all. Asians and Hispanics come in just as many shades, if not more. White's might go and get a tan but they aren't having dialogues about skin tone and subcategories to the extent that we do. People of color got done in with the caste system mentality. Pale Whites aren't on top of Bronze Whites.

lol whites do think about it that's why they tan to look like Mediterraneans. It's only an issue if you think there's something wrong with each color. I embrace them all and that's nothing but healthy in my eyes. Blacks seem to have way more variety of colors than whites tho

How is tanning anything like having names for different skin tones and stereotyping? That shyt purely aesthetics and in no shape or form comparable to what people of color do with all the labeling and stereotyping. Blacks have more colors but so do Asians and Hispanics, fukk does that mean?

its scientifically proven blacks come in the most shades look it up. also asians trip off skin tone and place the lighter asians on a pedestal as well and a lot of hispanics are mixed with blacks themselves so thats irrelevant.

It does have a name but not in the same sense as with black people. I'm not talking about stereotyping I'm not attributing anything extra to anyone with specific skin tones I'm merely acknowledging them. Asians and Hispanics also have names for the colors my dude and there's also a very fukked up history/association behind it. Aknowledging that exists isn't gonna hurt anyone, it's not bad for the psyche, pitting them against each other is.
