I could go on and on. They always hit when they're on a show or in a movie, but they're not stars.
The ones who get picked to be stars tend to be the ones who aren't the greatest, besides the odd Drefyus or Fey.

I assume they don't watch much TV and/or movies to begin with. If you regularly watch sitcoms & comedy films, you can think of bunch actresses who do comedy well.
