I would say LA, just off the run in the 80s n 90s. Or you could just say cali in general.

NYC was probably the biggest influence before that.


ATL is obviously the overall hottest city in the past 10 years, but alotta their game and influence comes from west coast

Bloods in Crips can be found in every city in America and even internationally...only place ain't no sets like that is the Bay Area....you got grape st crips in jersey dying for a project they never step foot in and rolling 60s in Atlanta dying for Slauson when they never been to Crenshaw...
