What cities have potential to be the next black mecca?

That's why I'm making the argument that we need to build in Macon, GA and Savannah, GA.

I wanna see ideas like what you're proposing spread more in Black media outlets and whatever else that can reach people's minds.

There's gotta be some way to get the big city folks from the North and West to downscale a lil bit and see about them mid size spots. Or a way to get more small-mid size folks in the South to build up back home(not saying they don't already) instead of heading to the big spots. Im all about building up down south but I'm not feeling all of us being crunched in the same spread out spots.

Obviously the big dogs are gonna always be more attractive, but I dont think there's a total lack of opportunity in the smaller cities either, it's just not on people's radar like that. I think a lot of it is perception to be honest.

Hell I got my eyes on Dallas in the near near future, but at one time I was thinking about Mississippi cuz I got fam there.

Don't lump in Memphis with 2 cities who's population is a 1/3rd of ours. ATL, Houston and, Dallas are in the top 10 most populous metro areas of the country, of course you here more about them. There's an abundance of black people moving to Memphis and Nashville

Yeah that's the dilemma. Plenty folks got family ties to Mississippi and are still cool off it. Hell my wife's people are from rural Arkansas so she ain't coming from a place of ignorance, she just ain't about slowing down that big city life we're used to...yet at least.

That's a hard adjustment for a lot of us coming from big cities to be honest.
