Women wanna brag about their man ever notice how one of the first few questions they ask you is "So what do u do for living" they don't ask you "what's your character,morals,values" NO they don't give a damn about that they pretend they do .Women love a man in a uniform . Your job and your status matters .I dare you brehs next woman you pick up and she asks what you do for a living tell her you flip burgers or delivering pizza and see how far you get with her then tell her you are a manager or entrepreneur her eyes light up. .Women think of status as confidence or swag .In high school the quarterback aka Captain leader of team got the girls not the damn offensive tackle or kicker

I didn't watch the video but I don't necessarily agree with the summary the OP gave. But I don't really fit into the norms of "what women want" so I'll let it rock. I can't say he's wrong just because it doesn't apply to me.

We also have to keep in mind, this is a male dominated forum. If you go to LSA I'm sure there's the opposite on finding a good man etc.
Per examples of healthy relationships, big thing I noticed is that my uncles, aunts and family friends, all married people with the same values. In doing so, they were able to weed through the BS in the early stages. If, as a couple, you agree about the core things like values, money, education, religion, roles, etc you have a much better of finding the right partner long term.
I'll also caveat that I'm Nigerian so there's some uniformity in how I was raised when compared to my other Nigerian peers. So even though we're individual different, we also have very similar upbringings
