Dropped weight from 300 to 250 in 2013.

Looking to go from 250 to 215 in 2014. This plateau is a beetch. But I'm fighting thru it. Just gotta fight this sweet tooth. I'm Tryna hit 220/225 by Summer.

Also want to increase general strength. Especially in my lower body.

I want to try break the world record for pull ups in a day. Or just get better and more efficient at pull ups in general... I'm a beast rower an deadlifter. Should be better at pull ups :snoop:

I also want to perfect a overhead squat...


I do Pilates once a week for the core:wow:
