Get my flexibility where I want it to be, specifically ankle and shoulder.

Eclipse pre-surgery strength and officially hit that 300/400/500 mark. Feels :banderas: having a shoulder that can handle heavy BB benching, again. Thank you modern science :blessed:

Embrace intermittent fasting as my new style of eating coupled with a strong barbell training program (Wendlers/ GVT) & make made strength gains.

Fukk being heavy & dense... want to get that lean & nimble physique... think deceptive body weight to strength ratio

2013 I made all kinds of gains. Stayed largely injury free.

Avoid injuries again this year and i'll reach my goals by September aesthetically, at the very least.

I want to get my squat reps back up to 3 plates (consistently) and go a bit higher on my deadlifting; then switch to GVT or go back to full body routine. I'm really just want to maintain (and lose some weight) my strength levels at this point. I'm not getting paid for this shyt. :yeshrug:

i want to stop bullshytting and lose the same 15-20lbs that i need too to get at/under 10% body fat, then add the weight back as muscle
squat 500 again, but at a lower weight
bench 350+, deadlift 500+, military press 185+, and run 4.6-4.7 40yd dash
