I just wanna finish my bulk, rehab my chest and then start my cut. Master deadlifting and benching. Manage my cholesterol too. Simple shyt

2013 was good... lot of setbacks, but I mastered my diet and learned how to squat. Made some good gains over summer + fall.

Im finally going to get the mass ive always wanted.
I always end up getting scared of getting fat and start that weight loss shyt...or just stop going to the gym for one reason or another.

My priority right now is weight loss. I have a gut and a half right now.
I'm broke and have finished uni so no longer have access to a cheap gym, so I will need to make do with cardio and bodyweight workouts.

My other related goals are to improve my posture, flexibility and general balance, I am a little unstable on my feet.

Getting brolic will have to wait a while as I will be in calorie deficit for most of 2014 :to:

Be lean at a higher weight.

Step my calisthenics game up. Be able to do pistol squats and hspu.

Have a good cardio game at my current weight. Get to 220lbs at my current body fat atleast once.

Just to lose about 10-15lbs of fat while keeping my current strength or improving it

Increasing my cardio game

Switched my routines to 2 full body workouts a week while cardio 5 days a week and abs 3 days a week. I'll probably do this for a couple months then switch back to strength training

Gain on arms and shoulders, cut the rest. I told yall in the random thoughts thread... all arms everything. The next 3 months is ALL arms bulking then a super cut in time for the summer
