Respawning enemies. Mind you, I do love Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom, but 99% of the time I hate respawning enemies. I never fukked with Borderlands because of it. And those damn souls games......fukk outta here.

The"tail the mark" driving missions in GTA games and their knockoffs..stay behind a particular vehicle while driving slowly,the slightest bump will cause the person youre following to start speeding up while you crashing into cars and things trying to catch up 
Same with the "beat the clock"type missions where you have to get to a certain area before the timer runs out..

invisible walls keeping you from climbing something that looks easily climbable
random spikes in difficulty, Like a Dragon the game was very even throughout til you gotta fight Majima and Saejima then its the hardest fight ever.

I once played a good chunk of Demons Souls not knowing why the fukk my character was so damn slow. I was struggling.Weight limits

I guess if he can't handle that he can't be on the squad anyway
