Would you know how much repairs would cost on the benz you showed me?

Do you own one?

A girl car. Lmao. Fake baller. Lmao. Live in real life, not the internet. Those same nikkas saying it's a girl car drive Honda accords and live with they mama. Cla250 is trash because it's a Toyota coupe in a Benz body kit.

Like others have said, get a Camry, Corolla, Accord, Civic,Sonata, or possibly an Altima.
I will say be careful with the Nissan tho. I had a '13 Altima that blew a Catalytic Converter at 98k miles, but luckily I had an extended warranty. The Nissan CVT transmission has had issues in past years as well, but I had no issues with that. I dont know if any improvements have been made in recent years.
I currently have an '15 Altima right now and I hope I wont become a casualty.
My next car will be a Camry or Accord. I will drive a Toyota/Honda probably for the rest of my life.

Dont waste money trying to flex for hoes. You can get a reliable, decently high trim car for a good price and customize it to look better for cheap instead of spending thousands on repairs for a 10 year old luxury car.

Damn I'm staying away from nissan. Do you know why maximas cost so damn much? Why not just get an Infiniti?

I'm not getting a german car to impress hoes, I really like the style of them.

They all look really good, interior and exterior. They just look better than the other cars.

Like the benz dude showed in here, it looks really good.

But I still gotta make sure I'm not getting some shyt that's gonna cost bread to maintain so I gotta think about that too.

Basically I want to get a car that looks good and won't cost a lot to maintain or repair.

I dont know much about Maximas compared to other cars in that price range, so I cant comment. I would just say that I would expect the general maintenance cost on the Maxima to be less.

Over the years Im starting to get the impression that Nissan is a Japanese brand that is of lessor mechanical quality but more premium look/feel compared to Toyota. They also apparently have a reputation for giving people financing when they wouldnt get it from other brands, which I just realized in the past few months. I remember having a couple odd experiences with salespeople where they were amazed my credit score was in the low 700's or that I was able to calculate the amount of interest owed over the lifetime of the loan with a calculator while negotiating the price. They brought out the sales manager to argue with me and I was a 22 year old by myself with no car buying experience:mjlol:.

German cars are going to tax your pockets once that warranty is over, so be prepared for that if you want to go that route. I would suggest taking a look at your monthly budget and deciding if thats something you are prepared to handle.

People will always say shyt no matter what model luxury car you drive. There are guys who like to clown either by saying you're trying to fake flex or drive a "girl" car whether it's a 3 series, C class, IS, etc because they are usually the entry models and smaller cars (don't really see this as a con tbh).

Even tho it’s smaller I don’t think the IS is an entry level Lexus tho. The ES is the entry level Lex, the IS has a better motor, better gearing and it has better lines than the ES. It’s a very quick little car just stock, you’ll make a drivers race against anything out there on the road pretty much. Get aftermarket with it and you could have a beast. We already know about the GS, and the ES isn’t as responsive as either the GS or IS, but when the ES finally kicks in, it goes, and for what’s basically a FWD soccer mom whip, it makes an ass out of V6 Chargers and Maro’s. And I’m not dissing either, cuz I’ve had 2 ES 350’s, and I got a kick out of pissing brehs off brehs in fake muscle cars on the regular. Just sold my last one and it had 200K on the dash, and I damn near broke even on it too. Caught it for the low, took care of it, then came out well in the end cuz Lex depreciates so slow.

Interesting timing cuz I’m currently looking for a whip in that 8-12 range, but I already got a daily for the A to B stuff. I’m just looking for a beast I can geek up and pull out a few times a month. Those Pontiac G8 GT’s looking real lovely right now. Doing research on the LS2 setup and I think ima take a chance on a high mileage 125K+ GT. Any brehs in here familiar with those G8’s?

Don't go German unless you have the money to maintain it. If something goes wrong in Benz or bimmer it will cost a lot more than a Japanese car. Parts are expensive af. I get you like Germans but save that for when you financially stable and can afford a newer modelm if youre in school, get yourseld a reliable joint and wait til you got yourself a good job. German luxury cars cost isn't just the entry price, it's the maintainance that is a financial burden.

Nissan really that trash, I know that maximas be expensive af for no reason.
They make decent looking/driving cars, but they are less reliable than some German makes. I will say if you could up your limit to 10k, you'd have much better cars to choose from.

Yeah I agree that IS is sportier than the ES but I think the base IS starts cheaper than the base ES.
