I'm 18, I live in a majority white town that geared more towards older white people and rich retirees so not really, I plan on moving sometime this year but idk yet

I'm curious. As a thin black girl, I've personally never heard that I should date white men or that I look like I don't date black men (I'm not saying that it doesn't happen). I just wanna know what makes us supposedly so unappealing to men of our own race that people tell others that.

But, you and @Kaguya practically admit to not being around many Black men based on the demographics of your location...Which is the biggest problem. That's true. Where I'm from I had a large black circle compared to now. I need to move.
