Thank lawd I hopped to the manga last weekend :whew: this was a foul way to end the season in such a "we'll deal with it next episode" type of way :heh:

Jiji singing Slam Dunk's OP :wow: I'ma fan forever :salute:
The fact that the Momo stuff gets resolved IN THE NEXT PANEL irks me comparing the shot they ended at to the manga.

Honestly, how Fist turned into an antagonist was very interesting. You could argue the issue, he was too logical. He couldn't understand emotions. His argument didn't look at the positive side of emotions. Honestly, it felt Alma's decisions at times weren't always based on logic, which I found interesting.

Overall, Mecha-ude was a very fun anime. Didn't reinvent the wheel, but it didn't need to. It really nailed the fun factor and the final episode for the big fight they went in. I hope this ends up being a success so they can do a continuation or a new project. I'd give it 7/10. Perhaps 3 more episodes could have smoothed things better, but this show was a lot of un.

Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Disturbance - Episode 12

Kaoru reuniting Kenshin honestly told Hiko a lot about his former apprentice and of his travels. In that he has a group of people that admire him and Kaoru in particular just wanted to see him one more time. As he takes him to the same waterfall that he did in the flashback, his advice to Kenshin was golden. There is no need to be a God. Your life isn't something you can throw away. Think about Kaoru's determination to come see him again. It's an important reminder for the upcoming battle.

To see that Misao to learn the truth that both Kenshin and Okina kept hidden from her. Though to see Aoshi to have fallen so far. You do understand, for him to be alone, revenge is the only thing left. What about protecting Misao and everyone else at Aoiya? Shishio's point of it being a lead is true, but how much can they really get from them, I wonder? Aoshi forming an alliance among the other broken men is oddly fitting. I feel like meeting Misao is the thing Aoshi needs to snap out of it.

You know, it is quite tragic to think that Kaoru got to reunite with Kenshin, Misao didn't get that opportunity.
