Man thank goodness TOG is visually entertaining as fukk cuz the story and some of the world building is confusing as fukk.

Many of these characters it’s like, I don’t even know who the fukk they are of their relevance and relations to other characters.

Shows this are best if they released these long form back in the Naruto/Bleach era where seasons was like 50 eps.

coming back into this season from last a season all the information I feel wasn’t really clear…… then having the nerve to do a time skip after being away too long wasn’t a good look.

I’m still trynna wrap my head around what FUG is and I jokingly, playfully, no maliciously asked the good brother @Objection if he was FUG earlier this month in another thread and even him and @Secure Da Bag were puzzled

maybe a little of these details indeed in the mang but that’s no excuse for the anime when other shows have done a great job on laying out the world building and characte agendas.

HxH had thousand of characters but I got it…. same for Naruto

I mean, you are better off waiting until the stuff finishes airing rather than binging it if that's what you prefer. Those anime suffer from pacing issues. Like the past 4 episodes in Bleach, TYBW would be like 20 episodes back in the OG anime. Sure you get a bit of content every week, but you lose quality.

As much as you #NoReadGang are, remember your anime comes from manga, which publish 20 pages on average for chapter. And obviously 1 chapter per week. You can look no further then One Piece and why so many hate it because the pacing is atrocious. The average anime episode averages 3-4 chapters per episode.

The other dynamic is you can add filler. Well, if you actually enjoy filler season, good for you. Since you can have that until there is enough content. But low-quality filler season is pure to me. A complete waste.

Honestly, for an anime like Re:Zero I am waiting till S3 is near done because it is going to have 3-4 parts. Going to do a rewatch from the start to whenever S3 ends because it is not even 25% done.
