Mysterious Disappearances Episode 6

You know what this episode really highlights how far Sumireko & Oto's relationship has gotten. After her fight with Ren, who treated her like a child for ignoring what she wants. Obviously it is risky, but it is even riskier for Oto to tackle it by herself. I love her resolve to help Shizuku in finding her friend. Although Shizuku did have fun messing with her. Her being a maid and messing up was adorable. Although a middle schooler working in a maid café does feel weird in some aspects.

The part I really like in the episode was how the situation for Oto and Shizuku made them admire the other. On one corner Shizuku could really see how passionate Oto was in helping her. On the other hand Oto sees how much Shizuku is looking for Tomoko, and it gives her confidence that perhaps there are people from their world looking for her and Ren.

The creepy thing with this episode is that the people whom are found right after another takes their place. Could it be that the people lose consciousness and takes over another person's body? Very curious how it wraps up next week.

More than halfway down this season of Konosuba has been the best so far. fukkery and comedy are even more on point

MHA fell off since S3 if we being honest. S6 was its best season since but it fell behind for too long tbh.

I wouldn’t be surprised if SxF is more popular then it tbh.

finally started watched Demon slayer , the hashira filler arc.
first ep was ......decent at world building, hardly any action after the beginning of the ep.
got a feeling the last one or 2 seasons is just going to be an exended fight scene

finished my re watch of Cowboy Bebop since i watched it back in 2001 or so.
i just want to apologize to anyone that i told the Netflix show was .....okay
i was basing my response after being clouded with 20+ years of other anime and
a 10+ year anime hiatus so the old man's memory was not as sharp on the subject.
My opinon is now that the show was just ....garbage (not really) its just not a good adaptation , it is entertaining, its just not Cowboy bebop...
It lacks.......soul to me .
even though the guy that played Jet killed it,
the show was just missing someothing.
Finally saw the movie too, did not know it wasn't a sequel and took place in the middle of the show's run.

Finishing up Requiem for a Phantom, its flames

should finish the first season of Metallic Rouge shortly, I like it , it doesn't take itself too seriously and the world building is Phenominal.

will start the latest season Black Butler shortly, weird that they just skipped over the complete second season.

also going to finishup Psycho pass season 2 , heard you have to watch the movies before you start season 3 tho.


been on a 80's horror kick lately so my anime watching is sparse.
only watching on the treadmill in the mornings currently.
Have a projector that displays against an entire wall while i watch. its excellent, like watching a movie in the theater every morning.

This hashira arc is just straight training not gonna see bunch of really great action scenes it’s the next 2 arcs where it goes full tilt abundance of action since it’s final arc both are final arc but just divided up without saying too much and spoiling
This arc they will add stuff to extend it tho which they already did with the other 2 hashira fighting other demons when it didn’t happen in the manga

Started watching Black Butler. Visual it has an old style since it aired back in 2008. Though honestly the animation so far compared to modern anime is above average. Ciel and Sebastian are easily the two eye-catchers so far.

Sebastian is easily the most interesting character through 3 episodes. He has the contract to stay by Ciel's side until he takes his soul. And we know he has been around for at least 100 years. Not to mention his enhance skills that put Ciel's other servants to shame. Who Sebastian truly is is truly intriguing.

Despite being a kid Ciel has been through a lot. Losing his parents at a young age and being the head of a big family, which I am interested to learn more about. He clearly carries a burden much bigger than anyone should have at his age. You can truly see this in his conversation with Elizabeth his betrothed. He is miles ahead of her in maturity, but the question is that really a good thing? Luckily Sebastian is there to help out in the areas Ciel needs to work on, but clearly Ciel has a lot on his plate.

I got respect for them for having Frieren, Meshi, SLF & Kusuriya. That's actually a solid list. Though I heard Ninja Kaumi became and never heard of The Grimm Variations before this list. Plan to binge SL & Kaiju after they are done airing.

Just looking at it and seeing these show that are missing.

Dungeon Meshi Episode 20

Another spectacular episode. Our gang finally got their stuff back from when they first encountered the Red Dragon. But the fight with Izutsumi against the Ice Golem was well animated. Izutsumi & Chilchuck work really well together. Unfortunately our party needs to get warm given how cold it is.

I really like the contrast from both Marcille & Izutsumi done in this episode. Like Marcille, Izutsumi has big problems eating monsters. Though it is fine with eating animals. Marcille's quote in this episode was great. We all have our main goals and if we avoid everything that we don't want to do, that can make our main goal harder. Tolerate the small roadblocks so that the big road block aka your goal becomes easier. Marcille's goal is to save Falin and for Izutsumi her goal is change back to being human I assume? Fun enough after what she said, Marcille had to eat her words.

I love Senshi's quote here. If you only eat when your food is here or before everyone else you lose that feeling of being together. Meals are always better when enjoyed with others.
