Brotherhood is basically the definitive version that aired after the manga ended. While OG FMA was running when the manga was still ongoing. There is a certain point in both of them where the story diverges into anime original content in OG FMA.I was going to watch that next
Though one thing to note that the number of episodes to get to that diverging episode is longer in OG FMA than in Brotherhood. Brotherhood is faster since they already covered the content in OG FMA and figured they didn't need to go in depth again and can speed the pacing. Now I am not sure if OG or Brotherhood did it better before the diverging point since I haven't watched the OG yet.
Still if you plan to only watch one version, definitely watch Brotherhood because it's the definitive version easily.

Train to the End of the World Episode 7
Definitely the most wtf episode so far, but it was really fun. Nadeshiko is really a super hardcore gamer. We never see her outside that mom of the group personality and that was nice to see. Meanwhile, we learned that Akira is willing to read erotic books. She probably reads everything. Also, they were right that this was the first time that Zenjirou helped them.
The ending conversation where the girls mentioned Kuroki was probably bullied. You get the sense that she didn't really have friends growing up. Even if it just zombies for her to have these zombies be with her and accompany her, you get the sense it filled that sense with loneliness. Yes they are zombies, but even that attachment to them was better than what she had back home.

Train to the End of the World - I'm digging it. It's got that "Star Trek" quality, in that you wonder what the next station is gonna be like. Along with the tensions and issues between the girls.
Go! Go! Loser Ranger - WHOA, I DID NOT SEE THAT COMING.
Delicious in Dungeon - Just well crafted world building. The story can go either way. For some reason I get a kick out of the JDM voice actors saying Chilchuck.
Need to pick up One Punch Man and Mob Psycho.

Delicious in Dungeon truly shines as one of the best shows for the year. Great writing and world building as you mentioned. Easily up there with Frieren & Apothecary Diaries as the best anime from this year.
TenSura is the example of a great series, but the anime lacks creativity. The anime feels very in line to how you would read the novel. For some people that's fine, but for others the lack of creative direction and not utilizing the anime medium strengths hurts it. Once it finally gets to the action and conflict it should get back into the swing of things.
Ranger Reject anime is amazing as someone who has read the manga. The series only gets better and better from here on.
