What’s crazy is that nikka got good taste in music because he sampled my favorite ending songs from Inuyasha and HxH.

Dragonball stans going at One Piece stans in the Super thread. All of anime catching strays. I love this ignorant shyt.

Reality is this one piece manga sells more period than anyone that’s fact
Dragon ball series is more global and iconic anime than one piece on a worldwide scale that is fact also (merchandise sales are big people forget this let alone the damn games )
Which is better will always be a matter of preference but when u go by anime community that’s a different story on consensus

Dragonball gets credit for being a pioneer but judged on its own merits today it's an above average series with serious adaption decay. 5 minutes was many episodes. After the Cell saga it just felt like it continued for the sake of continuing rather than because the creator thought the Buu saga would be better.

DB peaked at 1st third of Buu Saga (Fat Buu getting absorbed)

Story telling was never the same after, and the character pool of relevancy dwindled.

They should have just went into a DragonBall Universe sort of deal and telling stories that didn't deal with U7 Earth. Would have kept it fresh and you wouldn't have needed to keep adding transformations and an increasing scale of power.

Super is ass and ppl only fukk with it for the big moments.

However, DBS Broly was heatrocks and I'll put it up there with og DBZ in terms of quality. Can rewatch it a million times (Cheelai was annoying tho)
