you got any recommendations on something wholesome or high brow? I just finished reading Invincible and while I enjoyed it I need something to rinse the Kirkman vibes off

86 the new series I recommend to anyone who likes mecha and it’s kinda dark also it airs this month

Damn the second half of Re:Zero is probably the best of the entire series. Stopping the reliance on the gimmick of the show allowed it to reach new heights.

No I’m at episode 49. I’m guessing it will return to its gimmick but it legit became a better show when it abandoned it and started giving answers. Will finish it today after work. I feel like that gimmick was cool at first but after a while it cheapened the show because you knew he’d just reset and get past whatever issue he encountered.

The only way to redeem it at this point is for them to kill off a major character and set his reset point past that which I’m expecting them to do.
