Bout to start watching this tonightSk8- the infinity episode 8.
- I don't think I've watched a sport series where the MC is on the verge of retiring because he realized he isnt as OP as his friend. He's going to opt for the support role...lol thats tough.
- we are 8 eps in and the tournament arc just started....not sure how this will end considering theres only 4 episodes left. I rarely see an original series get a second season.

I felt early on that's where they were going with Reki but it's such an unconventional character arc I wasn't sure until this ep all but confirmed it.Sk8- the infinity episode 8.

And it makes perfect sense too. The only reason Langa lapsed Reki so fast is because he customized Langa's board perfectly to nullify all of his weaknesses. If Langa had to learn to skate on a normal board he wouldn't be where he's at now.
Most likely Langa's board will take a serious hit or something and Reki is the only one who can fix it or optimize it for racing ADAM.
That's when the crowd will recognize his skill and be like 'Yo, I want a customized Reki board too.'

I had to google this cuz I had no idea what it was.
It amazes me how many of these anime’s are really the same shyt but with a slightly different spin
shyt sounds like the anime with the dude reincarnated into like then 9th and young son/prince of this broke royal family. But ends up becoming the most popular and strongest (magically).
Forgot what it was called but remember watching it last year.
Then the Slime and Etc “reincarnated” shows
