An anime production committee sat down and agreed to approve that and put it on the air. They had people draw it and voice actors act it out.
As for the personal shots you took at me I won't even dignify them with a response. I'm in a thread about anime talking about an anime that is on a major streaming services like Hi-Dive and VRV. You wanna extrapolate that into me being a degenerate have at it hoss.
