If we've seen anything from shippuden to boruto its that while sasuke is strong (he arguably has more OP abilities than even prime naruto), he fights like a reckless dumbass and the fact that no naruto character has murked him already makes him lowkey the luckiest naruto character. He's probably one of the most wild/reckless main characters in shounen period. Deidara had to literally blow himself up to prevent himself from handing sasuke the L and even then Deidara is still less self-destructive as Sasuke.

Not channeling your inner Silky Johnson at all breh, this is a pretty sound assessment of Sasuke.
The thing is, he's reckless because he's naturally gifted in so many areas, he's always been primed to prove himself from childhood, and he doesn't have an extraordinary amount of chakra like many characters in the series. We're not talking Kakashi low reserves but it's been noted that it isn't overly abundant. Couple that with the fact that his techniques require a huge amount of chakra, so he's got to finish the fight ASAP.
He also lacks the Senju body to support the Rinnegan output, which makes this problem worse. Even more techniques that require more chakra, so he's got to push himself to the limit and is basically useless for days afterwards. So his recklessness is a combination of arrogance, impetuousness, and necessity.
He's a LeBron that can only play limited minutes & misses the next 2 games.

Dude has got reserves out the ass. If we're comparing him to the legitimate Jinchuuriki and other absolute monsters, sure you have a point there. But dude is sitting on a wealth of chakra reserves and usually doesn't tire out like that if we keeping it a stack. Couple it with the fact that just due to the type of techniques he is throwing out there and not being a Jinchuuriki, his chakra control is pretty good.
I think he fights reckless because of the amount of techniques he has at his disposal. Dude has Super Precognition, Ultimate Defense (Susanoo), Ultimate Offense (Amaterasu Control) all in his right eye. All of that Rinnegan bullshyt is in the other
Also he can travel dimensions. shyt I don't blame him for being reckless because look at how much shyt he can choose to use to fukk you up.
Not even mentioning his regular ninja shyt like the Lightning shyt and his taijutsu is up there too.
Naruto at just his base shyt w/o Nine Tails had massive reserves and stamina just because he's an Uzumaki

Look at the Official Databook, Sasuke's Stamina & Chakra never exceed like a 3, he started at I think 2. There's multiple examples of him exhausting his chakra from utilizing his abilities and commenting on it prior to acquiring the EMS.
I think it's the fact that he's got notoriously powerful chakra that leads to confusion with vast amounts of chakra. His chakra control is also top tier, which mitigates the usage. Like I said, he's not Kakashi low but by no means is he possessing abundant amounts either.
