Man GOH started out so strong but shyt is all over the place right now. They've introduced so many characters so quickly within the past 5 episodes that seems like they all have significant roles in the story, yet the audience don't really have any appreciation of who they are, their backstory, and how jacked up powerful they are. They just glossed all over that shyt.

I don't know if the webtoon version is more fleshed out, but this current anime version is wack. Fight scenes are dope, and if you like jacked up powers without any explanation what the hell is going on then you'll love this shyt. This season makes those Fate series seem cohesive:russ:

BTW when nine tail fox came out and Ilpyo went into sage mode :mjlol:

On top of Jegal and the sharingan eyes all over his body:dead:

When Mandeok's chareok revealed what looked like Chairman Netero's budha statue :pachaha:

12 eps in, and if you didn't read the manga you would not know what the fukk is going on G.O.H. shyt I read the manga and I'm confused as fukk :pachaha:
That's because they changed mad shyt so you're confused because you remember certain people winning certain fights. Also they did a horrible job explainig to us the 6, jin taejin, nox or the keys lmaoo this may as well be a whole different thing.

People saying GOH started off strong like the first five eps or so (that's when I gave up) were random tournament fights without zero character development, rhyme or reason and a shoddily thrown-in marriage plot.

If that was the "strong start" ... :picard:

That's all from the Webtoon.

Like everyone is saying, their rushing through the story to get to some of the fights. If they get a 2nd season, they definitely have to slow the pace down.

Yea that's part of the problem i mentioned the other day about the show. They throw all these new characters in with these microwaved backstories only to have the main character squash them on some WWE "Super Cena" 2006 shyt. So the main character doesn't really give you any vested interest in him to overcome anything and just comes across as shallow, if not unlikeable.
