Finished Mob Psycho, loved it..

First time I tried watching black clover I gave up after 2 episodes because the main character was so annoying. Heard it's good though, so might as well give it another chance now.

it's one of those joints where the side characters are the real entertainment imo, asta def gets less annoying tho

It didn't age well. It was over the top as fukk at the time and really ran with it in ways that most shows didn't (in a while at least).

Animation holds up, but unless you fall in love with the characters its got nothing to keep you drawn in.

Really am trying breh, but this shyt sucks. The main guy Kamina is one of the worst protagonist I've ever come across, just shouts usless cliches after cliches and just flat out annoying and dumb. I'm also over the whimpy kid who has to become strong story-line, the two girls are just there for sheer fan service. The only semi interesting character is the Rosseum. On the surface the whole "ppl living underground because they are scared of the world or whats out there" was kinda of interesting

FIGHTING SPIRIT!!! nah man this aint it, and I know its wildly heralded, this may have gotten me 13 years ago

Really enjoying Lupin as a Cowboy Bebop stan. You can see exactly where the inspiration comes from, 1:1 imitations and references all over the place.

Just like Jet doesn't trust women and warns Spike not to sacrifice himself for Julia, Jigen is always cautioning Lupin of what can happen if he overextends himself to protect Fujiko or whatever crush he has at the time. Lupin never listens to him just as Spike ignores Jet. Would be dead if the show took itself more seriously as Bebop does. Jet and Spike have an unspoken tight relationship where they'll never say they're friends but it's understood they have one another's backs. Same with Jigen and Lupin who are partners in crime.

Goemon is Vicious if he resolved his differences with Spike. Stoic and prideful. Fights Lupin over a girl. Sword expert who is surrounded by gun users.

Faye is a con artist just like Fujuko Mine. and the sex symbol for her show like Fujiko who might be the very first hyper sexualized female in anime.

There are no parallels for Ed and Ein. Which adds to the theory of why they had to leave a setting they didn't belong in to begin with and find their own adventure.

and so far in Lupin they haven't earned any real money despite taking on the biggest jobs. In the end their treasure winds up being worth less than they thought or something goes wrong to destroy it. Same thing happens to Bebop after the bounties.

I'd say the most overrated anime among the hardcore community is Gurren Lagann and among casuals is Demon Slayer

I don't actually mind how the hardcore community sees demon slayer but there were a ton of people who were doing way too much on my timeline

Demon slayer is dope but def not a game changer in anyway

Just high quality, should be the standard but unfortunately isnt
