Anyone who has VRV I got a question, does it include all the shows both Crunchyroll and HIDIVE?

From my understanding they do crunchyroll might have a fee missing but idk for sure they have most tho if not all
I have vrv and have seen all the ones I searched on crunchyroll on it so far

Finished Penguindrum. I think it would have hit me harder if I weren't an only child, because behind all the vague allegorical symbolism is a story about sibling love triumphing over unfair circumstances set against children who can't choose who their parents are. And there's a lot more to that that would be a huge spoiler. I couldn't make a connection with a lot of those symbols as always with Ikuhara. But the child broiler for kids who are neglected by their parents is probably the most important one, and it's pretty transparent as to what it's supposed to mean. I want to rewatch this later this year with the knowledge of what winds up happening. Feel like I'll be able to appreciate it more.

I have zero idea what relevance Penguins even had in this show. But they were great comedic relief. The one that kept spraying roaches was the best.

About to watch Lupin III. Caught some of it on adult swim but was too young to really understand anything about it. other than the main guy being a pervert i guess

Dope ride.

Underrated show that I've always felt is good but somehow hard to recommend. At least you got to marathon it though. I was watching it week to week at release :damn:

That would’ve drove me insane. I was thinking that it’s intended to be watched week to week with all the crazy cliffhangers and how stuff slowly comes together and explodes towards the end. glad I was able to catch it before someone spoiled it at least so I could go along for the ride.

Not better than Utena imo, but really fun.

Bet. The reason I'm asking is mostly due to the fact it has hidive and it's not available as a standalone app on PS4. Looks like I might have to get a streaming device.

I rewatched the sub bc I can't stand dubs even the great ones. My problem was that I felt like the story lacked cohesion. I always thought they explored the outlaw side of the story in my memories more than they actually did. The same thing happened when I rewatched Gundam Wing. What I remebered about the show was completely different than what I got. Could be partially due bc Inwas songit damn young and it was the toonami version and the way they edited back then made for a completely different show. I just don't know.

Don't get me started on Gundam Wing... my parents and siblings love to remind of how big a Gundam, more specifically Gundam Wing, stan I was as a kid. That show aged so poorly.

This is still the best/worst scene from the show:

This was so stupid:laff:

Gundam Wing's creator admitted he was incapable of writing about anything to do with male/female relationships which is why those scenes in the show are either awkward as hell or str8 up retarded :mjlol:
