Yeah, Julius definitely got short changed & the 3rd is a perfect example of undisplayed potential that was so highly touted. Still, Julius did a nice bit of shine, proving he could easily stop & dispel Light Magic, which was the fastest in the series.
As for IBO......
It's hard for me to get down with the cadence of Chinese when it comes to anime. It feels so rigid.
I have it as a 9 in my notes. They yadda yadda'd some shyt in the end, but I don't feel it's too much of a negative.

There's so much on your list I haven't seen any of. I think I've seen all of Accel World TV, but not the movie. Both that and Horizon in The Middle of Nowhere fall under Sunrise (albeit different video distributors), ratings and home video sales are what make or break whether they decide to go forth with extra seasons (well that and source material). How popular were the rest of those series?
