Lol I remember when 4Kids got it way back when. I avoided that shyt like the plague. Funi was actively tryna get it when Toei ultimately licensed it to 4Kids (Funi was their home video distributor back then so it was a partial win for them). That shyt bombed in no time flat:laff: (even more funny, Toei was part of the American production committee: those bytches allowed that shyt to happen).

Thank God that company is pretty much a corpse.

Oda gonna milk that shyt til tha last drop

If they can do a one piece kai to take chunks of episodes off when it's done airing it be very helpful issue is one piece doesn't have much filler and some episodes are crucial so it be interesting

Man I was a child when 4Kids had the license, I didn't know any better at the time :sadbron: . Especially when they had Ultimate Muscle, Sonic X, Shaman King, Kirby, TMNT, & Ultraman Tiga what other methods was there for me to watch them shows at the time. However, the 4Kids name practically dead, they still live on as Konami Cross Media NY.

Ah, the former 4K Media. I didn't realize they changed their name. I remember Konami buying them to get complete control of the Yugioh license in NA, but I never cared for that series anyway. Konami ain't to be trusted either the way they did Kojima and 'nem (although they did help give us Gurren Lagann...).

And no judgement, breh. I was still a kid when they were handling the OG Pokemon anime before Pokemon USA bytchsmacked them and took the license for themselves :laff:

They did try to give their series proper uncut releases at one point but pulled the plug after like the first volumes of those versions for whatever reason. (Because 4Kids)

fukk, I've been watching anime entirely too long.

Yeah cuz a lot of the episodes use like 5-8 minutes just to get past the theme song and scenes from the previous episode so really each episode is like 14-17 minutes :why:

and if you’re watching it consecutively you’re not tryna see the same stuff in 2 different episodes like that

I can't with the One Piece slander. The anime aside which has awful pacing since they are so close to the manga, the manga itself is the GOAT Shounen. When people talk about longevity in One Piece, they're not just talking about it being around for over 20 years, it's the fact the world building after 20 years is still adding levels to the story and even parts of the story introduced all the way back in the beginning. For a series to still tie every event and character perfectly together after 20 years is insane. Even as the story itself has occasionally hit a slump there's just no denying of how incredibly well-knit the world of One Piece is, how important all of its characters are and the place they hold in the world. That series is truly monumental in ways no other writer on the planet can compete with.

Anyway, I really came in here to express my :blessed: at Haikyuu!! being back.

One of the reason ill never watch it or naruto and bleach.

:francis:

Im already 30 episode behind on black clover :mjcry:

That last episode op MHA was fukking FLAMES :blessed::blessed:

When a studio does a anime/novel justice its just too beautiful :wow:
You can skip 50 percent of bleach and be fine. You can skip 30-40 percent of Naruto and be fine as well.
