Would you brehs say this is a strong year for anime? I dunno brehs

I loved the promised neverland (my anime of the year) and Dororo.
I like Dr Stone
Clover & OP been alright although they are long-form anime that don't really count with the year's releases IMO

Shield Hero seemed like it would be heat, started off strong but just became yet another isekai but trying to one-up itself in how grey it is

From what I hear, on the slice of life side has been pretty good. I checked quintuplets and it seemed ok but I dropped it to watch steins:gate instead

high score girl season 2. Episode 3 shyt was uncomfortable and the end had me even more

This is one of the shows I'm not caught up on but that series is amazing. I'm on the OVAs after Season 1. I'll catch up but since this is only 10 episodes I might wait till it's over.

I'm not a consistent anime watcher right now. I haven't been for the past year or so. I pick over a few shows like I'm still in the process of trying to make it through Shield Hero.

Feels mediocre compared to 2014 and 2017 of recent years. Given and Carole & Tuesday were my favorites, both great but not popular.
