HxH is levels above MHA (I love both). HxH is more complex, dark, and brutal. I thought it was going to be another fun shonen show until people started getting bodied at the hunter exam.

That hunter exam was on some shyt. You got this kid in green shorts looking all friendly and these tests murking they asses left and right, and in a sophisticated manner at that

Seeing cats in here post about Iria: Zeiram got me reminiscing and thinking back.
