Essential What Anime are you currently watching?

Like someone else said, the best thing about Boku is that its endearing as fukk. There are a gang of shonens out there that don't get a fraction of the push it does and they all get left for dead at episode 12 or something

Imagine if GANGSTA or Drifters got Boku's push or budget they were both better shows.

shyt, every year there's shyt better than Boku out. I mean... I'm all for supporting a good series but goddamn. I could at least give Attack on Titan its props for being uniquely genuine because Titans are disturbing as fukk and they're just some of the best villains since the fukking Borg in Star Trek. Everything outside of that I'll be impartial about more or less.

Boku? The power is in the budget. They've gone through plenty enough arcs now to where we know how the series operates. I'm just waiting for the time skip at this point....

One Piece's first few arcs? PIFF. Only difference in the episode count is the pacing, and the way Boku is produced it'll never have a 5 minutes on Namek type of issue. The actual content is just mediocre.

You can't be blown away when the budget is ass and production is rushed.

shyt, Tokyo Ghoul's production thought they could skimp on money during season 2 and that whole property MURDERED itself.

A bunch of male leads with no backbone stuck in the eternal friendzone or a bunch of fanservice with no decent story to at least justify it

shyt was dope. Story pissed me off in the end, but everything in the movie was great. Action, animation, etc. only thing was that these nikkas never seemed to pull the trigger

I'm watching the anime now. Its ok... Wayy too much dialogue

Im in the second season. They're short so I can fly through it while doing other shyt since Im watching it dubbed

The movie was flames minus a few small details. Anime is just alright... Entertaining though but frustrating at times.

But yeah, they all act too bytchmade to pull the trigger and they do a lot of talking and hesitating before doing real shyt. Tall dude especially acting like a superhero trying to fight aliens with just his bare hands

like just now, I'm watching them fight the giant statues and they literally sat there talking and contemplating on whether or not to shoot the fukkers before they started moving

Me I wouldn't even hesitate to shoot shyt...

But thats my problem with a lot of Anime. Action and fight scenes/animation be flames. shyt be funny af too, but they always ruin it with pussified acting protagonists that like to run they mouth, have monologues, cry, and go to flashbacks right in the middle of fighting.

Kato annoyed the hell out of me with his morals. For me one of my favorite missions was the Oni mission literally the Tokyo Team was at its peak this was before Kurono and Izumi died. LOL in Gantz the characters seem ignorant or just indecisive there's only a few that got business done but with flaws, for instance, Nishi was brilliant at killing aliens he would usually let everybody kill the little monsters and then he would deal with the boss, however he ended up dying in the 2nd mission either because inconsistent writing or he simply forgot his strategy, he did decently in the Osaka arc he also survived the Italy mission without an injury he cleaned house during the katastrophe but Tae and Kurono ruined it for him.

Secondly Izumi was a beast the dude did not hesitate to the Aliens with his extended Katana, his only problem was he could not work well in a team even though he showed he could when he and Kurno teamed up briefly to kill the Oni alien and teaming up with Nishi to kill the Vampires.

The Osaka guys were good but their issue was that they were fighting under the influence and not coordinating as a team.

Na don't watch the anime, that shyt cut too many corners and it was too short. I'm talking about the manga. Oku the author of Gantz is working on his other manga about two humans that became robots by Aliens and he's looking to get an anime adaption. He may go back and do another movie or anime series in the future once he's done with his current project, I want him to get back on Gantz: G(Spin off).

I decided to give Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul another try. It looks like the young King Charioce and Nina's ship has sailed. I wonder how this shyt gonna go will the ending be tragic, in the middle or a good ending? I still want the humans to pull through this war.
