Janda situps, planks, dying cockroaches plus things like deck squats, press ups and whole bunch of other exercises are working my abs/core as well as the main focus of the exercise.
I dunno what they call these crunches but I picked these up back when I was into my Boxing shyt. Basically instead of doing the whole situp motion I let my back hover just above the ground and do very short movements to the rhythm of a beat usually while keeping my arms above my knees or to the sky. The burn is , another month or two of this and I should have my pack ready.
Edit: What's the best thing for the lower abs tho? I got the ab ripper shyt from p90x but I don't feel like doin all that all the time, I tried reverse crunches but I ain't get nearly the same burn.
