What does myfitnesspal have to do with an ab routine?

everything

because everyone has abs, 90% of people out there just cant see them because their bodyfat is too high

some of the best looking posters here(nh) dont do ab work :youngsabo:

Figured, but myfitnesspal is more for people trying to lose weight, im just trying to drop bodyfat not lose weight.

you lose fat by cutting calories under maintenance and maintaining your muscle via strength training.

myfitnesspal makes it easier to cut calories

so it should make it easier for you to get abs :ohhh:

Reverse crunches, renegade dumbbell rows, hanging leg raises, front squats with barbell and roll outs are great exercises for abs so do make a set of these exercises to get desired results.
