A lot of our "history" is probably extremely distorted, only the victors write the history books...you seem to just have a problem with how uneducated the american public is...which isn't surprising.. there is some crazy statistic where a ton of americans can't even locate north america on a fukking world map :heh:

I've learned to stop caring about what a moron thinks. I still think there is something to applying our modern notions of skin color and race to ancient civilizations... it just falls short for me.

Yeah, in theory, applying our notions of race to these ancient civilizations is silly, but this is the situation that we're in. It didn't start with us though, people have been classifying people based on their races for centuries :yeshrug: It's easy to say "fukk the morons and what they think", but in situations where they're the majority, or just make up a large part of the population, it quickly poses a problem that can affect your life and the lives of others. Look at the treatment of indians and muslims in this country lately. Of course, it's only the morons that believe brown skin people are all terrorists, but it poses a SERIOUS problem for that population in America. So at some point you have to care :yeshrug:

Yeah, you right. :smh: Democracy fails when the populace is 80% mentally retarded...*deep sigh* :snoop:

Jesus was black, the descriptions tell you what you need to know.

Original man Adam was black, civilisation started in Africa so God's son is black

Jesus the descendant of the tribe of Judah, Jesus the descendant of the house of Adam He was a nazerene too, which means he probably had dreadlocks

not that his physical features are of hghest importance its his message that counts, but the fact they tried to pass off the white european cesare borgias as christ reeks of signficance.

I would say yes based on how we loosely define "blackness" today

but the contrary can be argued

it really depends on what "blackness" is...it's never been universally agreed upon and that is why the debate continues to rage on

Yes they were black. They are not related to decedents of slaves (West Africans) though.

I don't get how people can say this like they know for sure. After the fall of egypt the black population began migrating out towards the south and west. Its absolutely possible the some africans from sub-sahara could be descended from the original ancient egyptians. SOME african americans could very well be descended from ancient egypt. Its not far fetched AT ALL.

With this "migration" theory of yours they would have likely ended up in other Nile valley countries NOT Niger valley countries.

The descendents of the Ancient Egyptians speak Afro-Asiatic languages today. (No ethnic group in West Africa speak a language classified within that family EXCEPT the Hausa, who speak a Chadic dialect)
