As frustrating as that loss was, it looks like we're actually making progress toward getting back to our old selves. The Grizzlies from last week would've gotten blown out by 20+ but it seems like Grit and Grind is returning

Fire the coach and GM...hire Mark Jackson to develop new younger roster like he did with Warriors
Trade Gasol to Boston for Nets 1st rounder (could take on David Lee contract for rest of season to make money work)
Trade Allen for a young wing player (kelly oubre?)
Next season you hand the keys to Mike Conley with a new contract ($15-17 mill a year)
Draft 2 high lottery picks hope to end up with Skal or Simmons or both
Use the ton of cap space to sign a few young vets (Harrison Barnes, Evan Fournier, Tony Wroten, Batum, Chase Budinger, Jordan Hill)

man jeff green is so disappointing. first came in the league. ok he's playing out of position at pf. im like man wait till he gets traded and plays at sf. NOTHING. goes to boston- sixth man role. man wait till jeff green goes back to starting role. I mean he did ok, but he never took his game to that next level. He's not elite(durant, Melo, bird) but at least that luol deng, rudy gay type of player.
