Saw a video on CF earlier that showed he was actually lowering FG% at the rim better than Dwight was last time he was playing.

Yea becuz the rebounding is more of a liability than the defense at this point. Capela is gonna have to improve next year. It's no reason why he shouldn't be snatching 9.5-12 rpg.
