I fell asleep first 5 min. Ending was straight.
While TWBB showcases some breathtaking technical craft at times, it has serious focus and pacing issues. PTA didn't have a clear grasp of what he wanted to express, and could not sufficiently finesse the dramatic structure. It's not even a Top 10 film of 2007.
No Country is far better.
Zodiac is better.
Into the Wild is better.
Sunshine is better.
Atonement is better.
Michael Clayton is better.
The Darjeeling Limited is better.
Grindhouse is better.
Ratatouille is better.
I could keep going.
This isn't fair becuz No Country For Old Men came out a month before There Will Be Blood in the states.Yes. I thought so
Finest film of the last 20 years.
A masterpiece in every single way.
As much as I loved No Country, this should've won the Oscar.
It's storytelling at it's most cinematic. Grandiose , epic, full of layers and depth, but beyond that incredibly entertaining. DDL's performance might be the pinnacle of on screen acting.
And PTA is so talented it actually make's me sick
If he ain't better than Kubrick, he's the closest one.
that shyt was boring as fuk tho .....give me inception
Grindhouse was terrible and Michael Clayton was ok.While TWBB showcases some breathtaking technical craft at times, it has serious focus and pacing issues.
