Belicek coaches have been failures as head coaches but I think Josh has grown
Here is my issues with McDaniels

Ask anyone in Denver how he was, former coaches said dude was the worst to work for and players said that players wouldn't go the extra mile for him.

Now could have changed his ways? Possibly and I'm not willing to find out

How he did the colts is another red flag for me. It's inexcusable and hes very lucky the colts have had success with Reich.

I really do hope we pass on dude

Beli does so much and is a dictator of sort that his assistants try to copy that and it falls flat.
Majority of them have the same exact issues and players don't want to go hard for em cause they haven't earned that type of clout like Beli has.

It'd be funny if y'all hire Sirianni and we end up replacing him with Pederson. Cycle complete!

I don't know what exactly Sirianni did with us here besides holding a clipboard and game planning.....I just know he didn't call the plays. He kinda had the same role like Reich the season you guys won the Super Bowl.

I like the Eagles, and I don't want to see McDaniels ruin y'all. I thought he matured from his Denver stint, and then he turns around, spits in the face of Ballard, and leaves Indy stranded at the altar. Just get bad vibes.

Edit: Found this nice video of him coaching our guys up during training camp this past year:

I really like the energy Nick exudes, and the staff here seems to hold him up to a high regard. I know some of you miss Reich.....well, here's the opportunity to land one of his disciples. Young, vibrant mind with potential and not a known, immature retread like McDaniels. I'm rooting for him if y'all make him the HC.
