34 with an office job. I was in better shape working at a five story hospital but now I don't move around enough.
This is my way of changing that

Leg kicks are more like flailing right now

I got a class at another spot on Monday that is closer, but I think they do more "kickboxing" than actual Muay Thai.

Yea, the one I used to go to in king of prussia, you had to buy gloves. I think it was part of the joining fee.

The client I worked for out there said the coworker that was there before me came in one day looking like he got beat up, bleeding in the face. I just wouldn't have showed up, lol
