they said the same thing in 2008 :duck:. it was nonsense then, but at least they had something to grab on to and make you think maybe this nonsense is true because obama was black and you might be afraid to say you don't support him :ohhh:. but it was nonsense then because when have white people ever been afraid to fly their flag?
whatever you say, breh :yeshrug: as i said, i'm sure hillary is gonna win this election

i hope louisiana doesn't fall into the same trap that other similar states do. they elect republicans up and down even for dog catcher and then when shyt gets fukked up real bad they say "ok let's give a democrat a chance" and they spend most of their time digging out a hole and by the end you're back on steady footing but it wasn't fast enough or good enough to your liking so let's go back to republicans and rinse, wash, repeat. one step forward, then two steps backwards.
These people around here.....a lot of them are staunch ass Republicans. They turned their back on Jindal but all he was doing was trying to fit in with them(I dislike what he did to the state but if I had any respect for the GOP before they disowned him I lost it then). Everybody who voted against Jindal in the elections, myself included, was like.........isn't this what you guys wanted? And then they vilified his ass. It's funny watching these hypocrites in action. I guess they thought what he was doing would only affect minorities.

I hope we get it together as a state. I don't think Jindal was enough of a wake up call, however(which is bonkers...dude's track record is sad but is typical of the Right's behavior). Now...if Edwards does a good of a job as I think he will it may sway some minds a bit.

It's wild how the GOP wants to literally go down fighting until the end. You really have got to admire that fight. But just because I admire your fight doesn't mean I like what you're fighting for...and you'll still going down in the end. Demographics aren't on your side and that's changing literally every single day.

Burn bridges all over the place and wonder why you can't roam far from home, brehs.

the thing that pisses me off more than anything is that not only is it the right thing to do but education is an investment that pays itself back literally

every dollar spent towards College education returns $7.16

i doubt theres any data on high school because honestly the places cutting funding to high schools and elementary schools definitely arent interested in researching the effects.

:smh:

this is a country that literally gets offended at facts and think democracy means that a inbred hick's opinion matters
The crazy part is there are so many teachers down here that constantly vote Republican even as these dudes go ham cutting money for schools. Destroying their raises. Literally pulling food out of their childrens' mouths. It's just wild to watch.

I remember reading something saying the hidden Trump voter wasn't enough to sway anything. I'll try to find it.

I haven't been following all the polling data too closely so I can't give a 50 state assessment. I just have Hillary winning Virginia, Florida, and securing Michigan.

I don't have the democrats losing a presidential election until 2050. What I'm really worried about is what I consider the Obama electoral effect. Since Obama won convincingly through the electoral college, everyone took it as a sign that the Republicans were dying - then they stole everything in 2010 and 2014.

But when you look at the total numbers, 131m people voted in 2008 and 122m voted in 2012. Obama beat McCain by 10m votes and Romney by 5m votes. Conservativism isn't dying. Romney/McCain got no less than 59m people to vote for them. Which means 59m people believed in their politics and their policies.

Folks are going to take comfort in the sole fact that a woman is president. the number to watch isn't the race to 270 for me (because I always believed Hillary would win). The number to watch is how many will vote for Trump. That's scary as shyt. There is no solace in the reality that Trump is going to net no less than 50m votes on Tuesday.

Let that sink in.

50m Americans, 1 in 6 Americans, support Trump.

My nightmare becomes a reality when the final total comes in.

Trump will win NC and FL. Even with the lower Black turnout in the latter, I dont think Hispanics will necessarily "negate" that lost. In any case I think Trump only wins FL by half a point similar to Obama.

Nevada he will lose obviously and Arizona/Ohio/Iowa are wins

He becomes the first candidate to win Ohio and lose the election.

I don't know how to link the map on here but i have 279 for Hillary and 259 for Trump. I couldn't even be nice and give him another state because the remaining would be blue states and he is not winning Michigan. If he had started campaigning in MI 2 months ago the you would have a much better shot.

And unfortunately for David Duke handing out 40s and weed in Philadelphia wont have him win PA

But yeah that is my final tally. Will be a closer race than we think but the media wont admit to being wrong about a landslide.

PS. The "secret Trump voter" is not a myth, its legitimate. Its just exaggerated but there are alot.

I know I've discussed how certain people have gone out and educated themselves during this election cycle and I think social media and alternatives to mainstream media have made that easier but there are still a lot of people who just vote Republican no matter what.

I'm not sure we can say 50 million support Trump as much as we can say 50 million will never waver from voting red no matter who the GOP throws out there. Which one is scarier I'll leave to you.

there are so many cases of GOP voters voting to completely oppose medicaid expansion because they believe that Obamacare is pure evil then suddenly their prescription prices go up because it was being paid for by the very thing they voted to cut. Then they cry about how they're gonna pay their prescription they need it to live etc.

shyt like this is why i want people like you to leave these shytholes man, you're too smart and have too much potential to be dragged down by dumbfukks like that who are willingly voting to make their lives desolate. They deserve it but the minority who vote against this shyt dont :francis:

the stories i hear from some states is honestly a dystopia

when i heard oklahoma had some schools on 4 day school weeks because of budget cuts i seriously didnt know what to even say..............
