Well Guys I Think Im Officially Done With First Take

The show is mostly jokes for me. I get a kick out of watching SAS up there samboing it up, and Skip talking outlandish shyt. It's only entertainment. Today, they both were in overdrive with the antics. It's laughable when you can tell that they are doing this stuff for ratings. First Take is a sports entertainment show. Nothing more.

The show is basically a microcosm of espn in general. Sensationalism at its worst. Dont know why any one would check for this much less take it seriously. Not just first take but espn in general.

Haven't watched since Stephen A. Smith joined. I hated this dude with a passion. Constantly yelling. He sounds like a gay version of Snagglepuss. Plus he talks about Skip more than sports. When he leaves I'll watch the show again.

The show hasn't been the same since Jalen Rose crushed the buildings with the " Water Pistol Pete" statement about Skip Bayless playing JV basketball as a Junior and then Skip Bayless saying he was a shoot first PG for a team that lost the state championship game. Then Jalen Rose came on the show the next day with the ETHER that Skip avg 1.4 ppg.

funny you say this because thats the exact reason i made this thread. i had my t.v on the channel but it was literally just background noise while i was doing something else. i wasnt really watching it just had my tv on it cuz nothing else was on. im truly not interested in ANYTHING they have to say anymore. the gimmick is up. and it doesnt help when they show the still photos of them hugged up on each other grinning like kids

I think they found out what trolling was on the internet and thought that would be a better format for the show the only time they tone it down is when its a serious topic
