Yeah Rome was beautiful, very cool city. I really liked the vibe. I was in Florence for a week and it felt like home loved the scenery. I met up with this girl I met in Madrid who lived outside of Rome and we played husband and wife over the holidays.

Serious add a guatemalan to that list from earlier
I missed out on Greece the weather was awful when I was looking to go there same with Istanbul. Next time I guess.
I have mixed feelings on Morocco. Sometimes I loved it sometimes I was like wtf am I doing here. It's a very different place. It's pretty sketchy to be frank. it's a also a Police State. I wasn't too worried about violence although I saw quite a lot when I was there. English can be hit or miss as well depending on what and where you are. I brushed up on my French while I was there and learned enough Arabic to get by.
Marrakech is good for 2-3 nights tops.
I suggest chefchaouen, sidi ifni, and taghazout.
The later I rented a nice flat overlooking the sea. It's a really chill surf town lots of expats and surfers. If anyone ever needs a place to stay there hit me up I know two people have hostels and houses there they rent.
The expats I met were really cool and went out of their way to help me. I aslo chilled with some Moroccan guys and they were cool watched barcelona play on the tv and talked politics over green and Moroccan wine. In retrospect anything could of happened to me I felt like. The next day I was hitch hiking and by chance the guys saw me while I was in Agadir and they gave me a ride which was awesome and totally unexpected didn't have a dime on me and the bank I needed was closed.
It was originally going to be a holiday for three months but ended up being a year by chance really. I had put all my things in storage so it wasn't a big deal. I had money coming in every month so it ended up being cheaper to stay there then come home. I almost stayed and taught English in Spain but I still had/have loose ends to wrap up here. Someday I'll live there permanently, I fell in love with nyc again so time will tell. The politics of America and NYS in particular are driving me to drink.
Morocco is really cheap although some high end things will still cost you.
It can also be hard to get liquor depending on where you are its legal but it's looked down upon. Unless you bring a girl with you it can get monotonous.
