Weights or Cardio First?

people say its better to lift at night because sleeping promotes the growth of muscles or something like that

so if thats true by default it makes more since to do cardio in the morning and to lift weights at night

20 mins on the elliptical first and then weights.

Gets your heart rate up and is a good warmup for your whole body.

But it just depends on the person and what your goals are.

Cardio first works for me.
