Heres a question, I'm a skinny guy 24 weighing 150 pounds, very very slim, think like early 2000 Juelz Santana. I have been working out hard for about a year now, I've put on some muscle now, every tells me about my back shoulder and arms. (I don't ignore legs but I guess you cant see them as much.) Now I look like a lean sprinter. My friend is telling me take muscle mass powders in between meals. But I don't want to get too big. I like being lean. Pretty much I don't want to go from Rock when he was wrestling, to the jacked up monster hes become now. Will mass gainer shakes do that?
