Sat fat is what gives bad cholesterol


And that is what got me
Naturally occurring saturated fat is fine (see coconut oil). If it occurs through partial hydrogenation then you have a problem (see certain peanut butter brands). At least that's my understanding.

Heres a question, I'm a skinny guy 24 weighing 150 pounds, very very slim, think like early 2000 Juelz Santana. I have been working out hard for about a year now, I've put on some muscle now, every tells me about my back shoulder and arms. (I don't ignore legs but I guess you cant see them as much.) Now I look like a lean sprinter. My friend is telling me take muscle mass powders in between meals. But I don't want to get too big. I like being lean. Pretty much I don't want to go from Rock when he was wrestling, to the jacked up monster hes become now. Will mass gainer shakes do that?

It's basically v hard to just put on lean mass. Unless you have some unique genetics when you put on mass a proportion of that will be fat, noobs aside. It's best to take these shakes around your workout if possible.
