this. Jones is a HW in a youthful body, he'd kill him. He'd literally man handle him like he did Sonnen. Jones ain't a small dude, plus he's quick.

With that being said, I think DC has Jones' number.
dc is in his 30s and about to have acl surgery

forget about him for a while

The UFC/Zuffa does not release PPV numbers, the numbers you hear are from outside sources. And the estimate for UFC 175 is 340-450k and is based on searches, which can be a bit inaccurate.
if thats the case with both weidman and rhonda fighting that has to be extremely disappointing

Jon Jones has defended the belts so time nikkaz think he had twice as long as he did

in three years he's already about to space anderson's defense record in a few more fights
its crazy but not so much when you consider certain variables. For the longest time ufc wouldnt even get behind anderson cuz the fans wouldnt take to him. When AS was on top they also ran less shows and had more headliners.
Today champions who are often healthy are relied on a little too much i mean ronda almost having to fight x3 and we aint even reached the 'bers'. Lets also not forget anderson talents were wasted in 3 non title fightd. 2 lhw fights which at the time we thought would lead to him chasing the title but now we know it was just for the thrills. And to my knowledge lutter missed weight so that fight technically wasnt for the strap.

ps u jumping the gun a bit i mean anderson had like 11? And jones is at 7 with 2 very losable fights on the horizon

Zuffa can't even build Weidman at this point. Just doesn't work on a lot of levels.
Because weidman is so plain and his style is meh..makes people not give a fukk.

I rather have champ/watch anybody else in the MW division then chris.

looking at the ufc top 15 rankings.. weidman...kennedy and carmount :camby:anybody else is cool.:heh:

the thing is anderson won the belt at 31, Jon Jones is 26, he's 4 years younger than weidman, and has already held the belt for 3 years 7 defenses, and is getting better, the glover fight I saw a huge improvement in is boxing which is his weakest area.

weidman just had his first defense, he gotta get at least seven before we talk about a superfight with anyone

his 2nd recorded victory over silva is believed to be his 1st defence. I find it confusing the way ppl view the texaira fight in regards to jones. That fight didnt display any improved boxing d (which has always been the problem) it didnt display that he had suddenly developed heavy hands or learnt combos. All we witness was he could take a punch

your wrong, he slipped a lot of Teixeria's punches, shyt was like a boxing match with two guys fighting on the inside, I was impressed by jones, because he usually looks stiff and awkward during those exchanges, he also throw a couple nice punches, when before he could only throw kicks, elbows, and that spinning back fist was the only real punch in his also and most of the time he would just do a spinning elbow

if he improves on that which I know he is doing because hes an intelligent fighter, he's going to steam roll gus this time and will more than likely stop him

anderson can sleep easy jones can manage to eek out another victory against gus but cormier will be his 1st real loss

I thought cormier will beat him too, but now I hear has to go through surgery, and he's already 35, I think Jones will beat him now, there's on one out there for joens, he's gonna beat Gus easily this time
