if those numbers are true hes basically hitting the ppv average for ufc, those recorded victories on anderson/having a name dancing partner in machida hasnt given him any sort of rub

The PPV numbers you mentioned earlier (350-400) came from this source.

He's a TV executive making a rough estimate (based on Google searches), it's the best we can get this early after a PPV.

I'm guessing they have some baseline they are using to calculate it. It's not highly accurate but might have a plausible methodology.
