Cant argue with that, and I do respect the Dames of the business who tried to school his nikkas on the nature of the business, and bad deals despite what people say about em....I like to think I would just save damn near everything I made too as an artist, being the life span of most rappers is 5 years or less:heh:...But saying that am I saying I would refuse to participate in the competitive nature of hiphop:patrice:? I would be the regular guy, wise spending responsible rapper?in a genre where image means a lot,but if you rent just to keep up the image you are a laughing stock:mjlol:...and if you are just "regular guy" you broke/boring and people don't wanna hear from you...I can see why rappers fall into the trap to a certain extent...that's my hiphop,no other genre like it:banderas:

But I feel you,to a certain level part of that shyt you buy for your image is a business expense the label apparently doesn't pay for:lolbron:..or they do pay for and make you pay for it later:why:...In that sense I guess it pays to be a conscious rapper and not have to deal with it,but historically does it pay as much being a conscious rapper:patrice:?
you just gotta not buy everything... renting would be the way to go... rent ONE house.. lease 2 cars... when it's video time, rent that shyt for a day.. only bring 5 people... have 5 chains

nikkas overdo it in every aspect of being rich.. i've never seen any of jay's homes, cars, side bytches... nothing... yet you know he got money

dmx never wore that fly shyt, ice out shyt, had a million cars... and he still got money today

meanwhile 2 chainz out here with no album coming and no more career in sight.. and got the nerve to do a show about what rich people buy... rich people are saving their money and buying stock.. not $300 hamburgers

rich people aren't buying new bugattis... they buy old ford's that gain value with every year... wayne doing all this lifestyle bragging... meanwhile i bet drake got more money and spends it better... i never once seen that nikka do a vlog with his cars and houses and watches and chains.. cause them jews probably got him investing the shyt, so when baby pops up with "welcome to the shelf" he can say "cool, i already got 30 million in the bank, peace"

we talking how rich or not wayne is.. he got all these tax liens.. nikka can't even afford to fake his lifestyle, but buying 2.5 million dollar cars... well there's your album right there.. that new new new new miami house that you only in 1 whole month a year... well there's your contract you wish you could get out of...

all that super rich lifestyle rap ain't even equaling out to any records sales or anything else... yea people don't want to hear broke.. but you blowing a million in the strip club really isn't earning you any fans either.. just a bunch of regret when uncle sam comes knocking... or uncle baby

Jokes aside, I think this could be the last time in a long time we see a juggernaut record potentially collapse like this. CM was the last of a dying breed in that regard.

So much has changed in just the last 3 years, their formula wasn't going keep up with the changes.

It was a given he knew that going into his Deathrow deal, and he didn't care. Why he was releasing so much material so fast right out of prison.Get bailed out, egt through his contract, and then GTFO.

id like to know what Deathrows thinking was after he completed that slave deal in less than a year:pachaha:...I guess he's making you money so you cant be mad,but on the other hand you this plan in your head that you got em for probably at least the next 4 years... but instead Pac has the option to leave in a years time or at least name his price on the next contract negotiation....all on what basically amounted to about 30 days worth of work:dahell:

Let's act like rap fans would respect weezy stunting in a prius or living in a bungalow.... Be realistic. Rap is very image concious.

But you could still be smart with your money and show some flash.

Its gonna get to a time where these nikkaz wish they could go back in time and mop up all the cash they made rain on whores :snoop:
