Nah. He was relevant till at least '05.
"Paradise," "Headsprung," and "Hush" though? He was grasping for straws at that point in his career.

Talk to me when people pay $ for Thug's product, whether it's an album or a ticket to his tour show or even a download. Dude is all hype and buzz. Wayne's career is on the decline, for sure, but he's been hot for 10 years. Thug ain't been hot for 10 months.
Still doesn't take away the fact he's 30 years deep. Which means in 2004-5 he was 20 years deep. That's the same lane as Nas & Snoop Dogg...................................... and longer than Wayne & Jay-ZStill doesn't take away the fact that LL has been largely irrelevant for most of the past decade.
Hes in the French Riviera with his new baeWhen is stunna going to speak?
The silence says alot
In 2002 LL dropped his highest charting song"Paradise," "Headsprung," and "Hush" though? He was grasping for straws at that point in his career.
Didnt you say you wrote for a hip hop publication too? Did you write about the streets like don diva?nah....I'm not gonna lie nothing groundbreaking....just a BOSS who was already established and believed in me
made some great connections though
but I have SAVED a few cats from signing THIER life away
like the dude who was gonna sign his rights over to Warner/Asylum in what would now be known as a 360
that's how I got the nickname,SKJ (suge jr) on campus...cause I broke a few cats out of faulty relationships.....
I just mostly facilitated some situations with cats that were already established with unsigned cats looking for features
or shopping beats or subcontracting thier services to labels and production companies
basically making myself available for cats to cheap or intimidated to deal with paperwork
I just do what's requested of me...it's up to the clients to make the most of their situation
I keep getting work so I must be doing something right
I was about to say the same thing. LL is the epitome of Longevity.People in here doubting LL?
Even saying he ain't been relevant in a decade, 90% of rappers would give their left nut to have a 20+ year long career.
