Why not do both? I can't lift and look at hoes in between sets? And flexin on bytch nikkas frees up equipment faster.

Look here When I go to the gym I go to workout fukk looking fresh 2 def. I'm from The Old School Era I go in with old shirts with paint stains, holes, old ass sweat pants with stains and shyt and bang out. And dudes rocking New Jordan's and shyt, new Nike workouts try to get women, while I'm lifting hard and heavy with old gym gear and still get women watching me lift and smile, coming up to me and talking.

Former Power Lifter even at my age 43 lost strength but Barbell Curl with the Olympic Bar 170, Bench in my prime 475 currently 410 working my way back up, Deadlift in my prime 600 currently 525, Squat In my prime 550, Currently 465 and I started power lifting late my at the age of 36

Cool only thing you got me on is bench. Don't know about curls.

Also at 193 rn, so make sure you not in the super heavyweight class tryna flex. :ufdup:
