The black men you are referring to (weedheads, felons, deadbeat dads, 30-year old men still living with their mom doing nothing) have so many yellow, red, and black flags that if they end up in my vicinity, I know to keep the conversation brief and keep it moving. There is absolutely NO benefit to me telling those kind of men anything - they are toxic and will get you caught up in their nonsense instantaneously. If I don't get cursed out immediately, caught up in beef, a fight or worse for doing what you suggest (we) do, they still wouldn't register ANYTHING I said.
The bottom line is women do the choosing (and especially in the black community) - whether you want to accept it or not. If you want these losers to no longer exist, then black WOMEN (not men) must come together on non-feminist terms and close shop on those loser black men. These guys thrive off attention and sex - once they are denied it, they are forced to shape up or ship out.
My bigger problem is with black women to be honest, because unlike ghetto black men, I have to deal with ghetto black women on the regular basis at school and work. Most black women choose sorry black men because they are sorry black women themselves. I know tons of black women who have at least one kid out of wedlock and one abortion under their belt, but because they have natural hair they think they are better than the next black woman. The same black women who go to Church every Sunday with the clean slate mindset, then go into work the next day plotting drama with the one decent black man in the office. You talk about black men needing to check other black men, but whats funny to me is most black women (feminist or not) have no problem associating with ghetto black women who start drama at the club or the workplace, then when she plays the victim role they stay silent.
As far as this #youoksis movement, I have no problem with women wanting justice for feeling/being violated, but this is obviously Stop-&-Frisk 2.0....it will be targeted at the actual offenders but also the regular black men who don't say anything to these women in the first place. They were on their way to work, but now they've been detained at the NYPD because "they fit the description" and risk losing their job.
