It's been confirmed many times, but Xavier Woods is extremely corny. If they bring in Mark, I hope Woods gets the Manu treatment.
Also, the only times babyface stables/factions are successful is when they have a heel stable to feud with.

They really dropped the ball on these dues and its clear they have no direction. The writers just put these dudes together THEN went "Okay well what do we do with them now? 
" I feel like Xavier is trying to save face because he's hoping something more will come of the group. But can you really blame the fans for not really getting behind them? There's literally nothing there, they just put 3 black dudes together. That's all they did. No plan, no direction, no nothing except matching colored ring gear.
Here's some names I think would suit the group, of course it would depend on whether or not they'd be face or heel.
The X-Odus
Exodus: a situation in which many people leave a place at the same time. 2 : a mass departure
The idea being the group name being 3 men who decided to separate themselves from the rest of the roster and form a unit dedicated to taking back what they think they deserve. Respect, championships, power, etc. The X of course standing for the X in Xavier Woods.
The X Crowd
Play on words of 'The In Crowd' which is usually a group of people who are together to alienate themselves away from the rest. The X in X Crowd could also stand for Xavier but more so for the word Extortion or Extort.
Extort: obtain (something) by force, threats, or other unfair means.
Self explanatory. The group is focusing on taking what they want in any way they can.
AM-N(pronounced as AMEN)
This would be a variation of the group with Big E as the leader using his preacher like voice to get the group over. The phrase Any Means Necessary would be the group catchphrase. The letter 'A' in the name would also be flipped on a frequent occasion so that it wouldn't just be AMEN all the time. The A could stand for several different words but they would have to be announced as MEN right after. So in order words one week the ring announcer might say
"Introducing the team of Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. Together they are AM-N."
Then Big E would grab the mic and say "And the A is for Amazing."
Then next week its the same set up but Big E would say "And the A is for Astounding!"
Then they just keep flipping it and using things like that to get the group over each week. Have a long list of substitute A words for Big E to say.

Just throwing stuff together, I don't know what direction they want to the group to go in.
A bunch of smiley faces, serious heels looking for change, tweeners who want respect? They seem to be smiley faces on the house shows but I don't know if that'll change if they actually get the TV push. I was just bored really, sometimes my mind wonders.
WWE held a live event in Trenton, New Jersey on Saturday night and here are the results:
* Los Matadores defeated Titus O'Neil and Heath Slater.
* Adrian Neville defeated Tyler Breeze to retain the NXT Championship. Neville won the match with the Red Arrow.
