Terence Crawford is only an inch maybe an inch and half and has a 2 inch reach advantage. He’s probably a better boxer than Spence and match with him athletically. Spence is bigger and stronger but as a Southpaw, the most intriguing aspect of this fight is Bud can go both ways
He seems to go in for the Kill when he’s Orthodox but fighting as a Southpaw might confuse EJ. There’s were a few moments where I didn’t like how Spence reacted to Garcia’s shots. The quickness between Crawford and Garcia is night and day.
Spence was the first fighter to convincingly beat Danny and he’s beaten 3 of the 4 PBC Welterweights, not counting Manny. Crawford’s 147 resume is real suspect being alone on that island but I can see why he or Spence is the favorite.
This is a true 50/50 fight and is almost over marinating to ruined like what happened with AJ/Wilder and Hurd/Charlo .If Spence doesn’t get a Manny fight, he has no reason to fight Thurman though I could see negotiations happen. Spence might probably go 154 soon and this shyt will never happen.

Spence has a real argument for P4P #1 at this point. Clearly Top 3 along with Canelo and Bud.

He's beaten three highly skilled and highly intelligent fighters three different ways. And he's only gaining more experience. By time he get to Bud, there will be nothing Bud can do to slow the train down.

He’s mentioned it a few times over the years. Probably not the best idea but maybe he gets a vacant title shot when Charlo drops the belts down the line but he should just stay at 147 and beat the guys he can and maybe get one last big fight. With PBC having Broner, Prograis, Hooker and others he can definitely be in a couple meaningful fights.

I know there were question about Spence being hit post accident but I was confused about all of these mentions of Danny's power...it made no sense to me

I ain’t see that. I seen Errol real aggressive with the Jab. Pretty much neutralized Danny. Danny couldn’t get in to get comfortable and let Spence outwork him. Danny waited on Spence to make a mistake with a big shot that Spence never was gone give him.
